Communication is the essential for all living creatures, we humans have beeen gifted with the ability to do so, early in our life, as a crying infant, later developing the spoken and written word.
Art, without doubt is a vehicle of communication who’s common denominator should be to provoke emotion. It matters not the guise presented whether it is adoration, awe or shock. As the artist my goal and satisfaction is to stir your emotions.
I began writing poetry at an early age, later in life, discovering painting, and photography. My intent is to present an intimate perspective of these art forms. I am passionate about life, causing the vision and concept of beauty to stir a sense of reflection. I wish to evoke emotion, concluding into a realization, beauty, can be and often is, subjective. Choosing to look outside societies aesthetic sans prejudice.
Art nurtures the soul, as an artist, to illicit an emotional response is an honor and a privilege.
