Tilsitt Gallery is ideally located in the heart of the artistic district of the city of Porto.
Since 2020, Flavien Guiet offers, in a bright and spacious space, an original selection of contemporary art. As a true art lover, our director selects a range of artists to meet the expectations of collectors while surprising them.
Sculptures and paintings, abstract and figurative, confirmed and emerging artists, our selection is modern, colorful and our visitors never remain indifferent to the works they discover in our Portuguese gallery.
Among the artists represented exclusively by Tilsitt Gallery, you will discover the Brazilian sculptor Beto Gatti and his reflection on new technologies and their impact on Human kind. We also represent the young Carioca artist Gabriela Lukschal and her exceptional surrealist paintings. With a real will to be part of the local Portuguese life, his adopted country, Flavien Guiet promotes newly, Helena de Medeiros, accomplished artist passionate about the Opera who creates costumes for the greatest ballets in Europe and paints works on the theme of ballerinas and costumes with a modern and absolutely unique look.
Tilsitt Gallery also features the powerful paintings of Gérard Stricher, the happy paintings of Milly Martionou or the peaceful footed sculptures of Idan Zareski... and many more.

Vous avez tout à fait raison, la qualité du travail de l'artiste est tellement exceptionnelle que l'on pourrait facilement croire qu'il s'agit d'une photo. Pourtant, il s'agit bel et bien d'une œuvre réalisée à la main en technique mixte : fusain, charbon de bois et peinture acrylique. Cet artiste, dont le talent est indéniable, voit son succès croître année après année, et son travail continue de captiver et d'inspirer les collectionneurs du monde entier.

Arbeiten, die melancholisch stimmen, die traurig machen, die bedeutsam und zugleich wunderschön sind. Die Liebe bzw. der Mangel an Liebe ist das zentralste Thema für jeden Einzelnen und für alle Gemeinschaften. Das ist zu wenig im Bewusstsein. Deshalb finde ich es umso wichtiger, dass sich Künstler diesem Thema widmen. Um es mit T.v.A. zu sagen: „Die Wurzel alles Bösen in der Welt ist der Mangel an Liebe zu sich selbst.“

Des œuvres mélancoliques, qui rendent tristes, qui sont à la fois significatives et belles. L’amour ou le manque d’amour est la question la plus centrale pour chaque individu et pour toutes les communautés. On en est trop peu conscient. C'est pourquoi je pense qu'il est encore plus important que les artistes se consacrent à ce sujet. Pour le dire avec T.v.A. dire : « La racine de tous les maux dans le monde est le manque d’amour de soi. »
