And, of course, I have long dreamed of writing African drums. I put a lot of expression into this work, because the very sound of the drums is very groovy. However, there was a surprise. When the moment came - to write the ropes with which the drums are tugged, I felt a very strong resistance.
The drums were so beautiful and free from fetters, their bodies glowed so ... And my hand did not rise to pull them with tight ropes. My drums wanted to be free and naked ... and I didn't argue)

Ekaterina Zaharova is an artist, designer and poetess. She was born in the city of Aleysk in Russia. Lives and works in Yekaterinburg.
Ekaterina graduated from the Ural Federal University named after B.N. Yeltsin (2002). For a long time she practiced psychology. Gradually, she became interested in painting and graphics. On the basis of the Ural Economic University, she received an education in the field of graphic design (2017).
Currently Ekaterina is a full time artist. Develops exhibition activities, maintains social networks, participates in open calls and art residences.
