Fragmented Affection (2023) Digital Arts από Lidija Nidorfer

Today I would like to introduce myself. I am a Slovenian-born artist who has found a new way to express my passion for emotions, music, and the beauty of the world. I started as an opera singer, but now I create digital art that blends forms and colors into a dreamlike vision of humanity, sacredness, and magic. Let's learn more about my journey and my work. I was born in Slovenia, where I was trained as an opera singer. I learned how to convey emotions through her voice and my body, and how to connect with the audience through the power of music. However, I felt that there was more to explore beyond the boundaries of the stage and the score. That's when she discovered digital art, a new medium that allowed her to translate her feelings and visions into visual forms. My work consists in finding the musical score that is played beyond our eyes. I believe that the world has a deep structure that can be explored through shapes, lines, and colors. My goal is to create a visual language that resonates with the viewers' emotions and imagination. To achieve this goal, I use digital tools and techniques that allow me to mix and match different textures, patterns, and images. I create collages that blend organic and synthetic elements, and that suggest a world that is both familiar and surreal. Digital art gives me the possibility to express the dream I have of this world, a mixture of human, sacred, and magical. I want to convey a sense of wonder and mystery and invite the viewers to explore their own emotions and dreams.
