Jasper E. Noor is a Dutch digital artist and creative technologist whose practice explores the aesthetics of algorithm, language, and artificial consciousness. With a background in visual art and computer science from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, Noor develops generative artworks that shift and evolve in response to environmental inputs, data flows, or human interaction. His visual compositions range from immersive projections and augmented reality experiences to minimal code-based animations that question the boundaries of authorship in the digital age. Noor’s ongoing project, “Fractal Syntax,” is a modular series that visualizes the poetic potential of machine logic, blending chaos, symmetry, and emotion. His works have been exhibited in digital biennales, urban art festivals, and media art spaces across Europe, Japan, and South Korea. He is currently based in Rotterdam, collaborating with musicians, designers, and AI researchers to expand the future language of digital art.
