Xia Hang, sculptor. He received his master's degree from the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. His unique sculpt language stands out among many sculptors. He is good at endowing sculptures with the personality of "play" through anti-modernist narrative methods, and interpreting daily things in aconstructive way, and intervening urban space with sculptures as "foreign artistic entities". His large-scale sculptures are spread all over the world, and he has also been commissioned create and exhibit in architectural spaces such as the Hong Kong Maritime Museum, Guizhou Provincial Museum, and Beijing Life Insurance Financial Center.
