Ha frequentato L'accademia dell arte Regina Parcis di Reggio Emilia per 5 anni successivamente ha collaborato con il circolo degli artisti di Reggio Emilia per il progetto "L'apprendimento e la divulgazione della storia dell 'arte" L' evoluzione della pittura di Primo avviene via via nel tempo in maniera costante e graduale, Egli dipinge scene campestre, paesaggi e personaggi di oggi cogliendone le espressioni più intime e impercettibile ai più.
Da alcni anni, Primo, è esploso nella sua pittura, con Astratti informali materici, con una carica e vigore tali, da lasciare stupiti.
Da sempre impegnato nei circoli ARCI per la divulgazione dell'Arte attraverso fiere, mostre e manifestazioni per l'integrazione multiculturale.
