This is a series of works inspired by the landscapes of the planets of the solar system and filled with reflections on the relationship of matter in the universe, and their change under the influence of time.
Lines and shapes, solid and flexible elements create an illusory perception of the image. What appears to be dunes may turn out to be waves crashing onto a rocky coast.
Matter under the brush of time changes endlessly. Here the viewer has full scope for imagination ..
Infinitum is the first panel in the series. The infinity of space and the expanding universe are my associations embedded in this work.

Βιογραφικό
Η Julia Gorbunova είναι μια σύγχρονη Ρωσίδα εικαστικός με έδρα τη Μόσχα, γνωστή για την καινοτόμο προσέγγισή της στην τέχνη του ψηφιδωτού. Για περισσότερα από 15 χρόνια, ειδικεύεται στη διακόσμηση ιδιωτικών και δημόσιων εσωτερικών χώρων, συνεργαζόμενη με σχεδιαστές και στυλίστες εσωτερικών χώρων σε όλο τον κόσμο. Το έργο της αποτελεί παράδειγμα της αναγέννησης της τέχνης του ψηφιδωτού, συνδυάζοντας αρχαίες τεχνικές με τη σύγχρονη αισθητική.
Το χαρακτηριστικό στιλ της Gorbunova, που χαρακτηρίζεται από περίπλοκες φυσικές σκηνές κατασκευασμένες με λεπτά ένθετα από χρυσό και ασημί μωσαϊκό, αναδεικνύει την ευελιξία και την κομψότητα αυτού του παραδοσιακού μέσου. Οι δημιουργίες της μεταμορφώνουν την αντίληψη των ψηφιδωτών, επιδεικνύοντας την ικανότητα του υλικού να φαίνεται υπερσύγχρονο και να ενσωματώνεται απρόσκοπτα σε σύγχρονους εσωτερικούς χώρους.
Σε μια εποχή που κυριαρχείται από τη μαζική παραγωγή, τα χειροποίητα έργα της Gorbunova ξεχωρίζουν ως μοναδικά και αποκλειστικά έπιπλα σπιτιού. Τα λεπτεπίλεπτα και εκλεπτυσμένα μωσαϊκά της συχνά χρησιμεύουν ως το αισθητικό επίκεντρο των χώρων που κοσμούν, ελκυστικά σε όσους εκτιμούν τη χειροτεχνία και τη διαχρονική ομορφιά. Μέσα από την τέχνη της, συνεχίζει να ξεπερνά τα όρια του ψηφιδωτού design, επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τον ρόλο του στη σύγχρονη εσωτερική διακόσμηση.
