How to obtain a letter of recommendation for a VISA or for the administration?

Artmajeur is regularly asked to provide letters of recommendation, whether in the context of applications for VISA abroad, for the tax administration, or to establish recognition as an artist. We are happy to help our artists as best we can, and offer the document free of charge, however, certain strict conditions apply.

What are the requirements to apply for a letter of recommendation?

1. PLATINUM member
   The artist must be a PLATINUM member for more than one year (or at least have an annual subscription). No recommendation letter will be provided for a free account.
   
   
2. Excellent account presentation
   The profile of the artist must be perfectly presented. No letter of recommendation will be provided if actions are required on the profile (eg incorrect profile image, missing biography, images to be corrected etc...)
   
   
3. Active member with a good communication history
   The artist must be an active member of the Artmajeur community, and maintain a good communication history. No letter of recommendation will be provided if the artist has posted negative reviews or has not behaved in a professional manner with clients.

What type of recommendation letter can Artmajeur provide?

Artmajeur can provide a letter with company letterhead, downloadable in PDF format.

What elements can Artmajeur mention in a letter of recommendation?

Artmajeur can provide a letter that contains the following:

1. A history of the personal or professional relationship with the artist.
2. The positive qualities embodied by the artist within the framework of our collaboration.

3. The expected future contributions the artist will make to the community.

Is it necessary to have made sales to apply?

No. We can issue a letter of recommendation if the artist fulfills the required conditions, even if he has not recorded any sales on our platform. The letter will not contain any mention of sales history.
