How to crop or rotate (flip) an image?

Be sure to load only perfectly photographed imageswell centered, framed, and in the correct orientation. If this is not the case, you must crop and put them in the right dimension using the image editor, so as not to offer a catastrophic navigation experience to your visitors!

Crop or rotate an image on your Artmajeur account

  1. Go to : MY ACCOUNT >  ARTWORKS > Click on a gallery or on the picture to modify
  2. Click on MODIFY IMAGE or on the picture itself
  3. You can then CROP the images, and also rotate them to the right or to the left using the button on top of the picture
The original file is unaffected: You can crop with peace of mind!
Your original image is saved, your can crop multiple times, or come back to the un-cropped file.

How long it takes for modifications to appear to the public?
The changes appear on the site after a few minutes, depending on their browser's cache expiration delay.

Why do images have the correct orientation on my computer, but are rotated when I load them on Artmajeur?
ur computer, the image is rotated automatically by your image viewing program.

  • When you load an image on Artmajeur, it is the raw image, direct from your camera, without any modification. It may then be necessary to crop and rotate it to be perfectly presented.
