Thank you once again for the opportunity to participate in your contest with very interesting theme ‘’Distortion’’ ! 

‘’What was your inspiration that made you conceive and paint the ‘'To the inner world'?’’ 
In the beginning I started this artwork as an experiment. All I knew at that time was that I want to draw something abstract and with a strong presence. I knew the colors, but to be honest the ‘’To the Inner world’’ idea came during the work process. At about the same time I have been reading interesting information related to time and space, our Earth and how many things perhaps aren’t as we think they are and as we imagine them. That is what I was hinting at in my painting description. 

‘’- Tell us some things about the creative process.’’ 
I absolutely challenged myself with this Artwork, as my style is ultimately different. I want to experiment with my limits as an Artist. I want to and I like to taste and search for the beauty in different ways. 

‘’How long did it take to you to complete this artwork? ‘’ 
I started drawing ‘’to the inner world ‘’ very intensively on the first day, but somehow I didn’t finish it. I was working on other paintings after that. Sometime later I resumed my work finishing it. I can not estimate how long it took me all together. I love to feel everything I do, I love everything to happen naturally - I can compare it with a tide. 

‘’What is it depicted in this painting?’’ 
I think that my tag words express much more than what I can say right now. 

‘’Which is your art technique, what medium did you use and what material?’’

‘’What style and 'character' you would like to give in this painting? Why?’’ 
‘’To the inner world’’ is a provocative abstraction. I would like us to consider that we really don’t know everything , to be open for the new, for the unknown, and not to deny it. The title can be interpreted in a few ways: 
‘’To the Inner world’’ ... towards yourself, our soul, heart and true nature. Do we know ourselves enough?
‘’To the Inner world’’ ... towards the universal truth because I believe all is one- it is something like endless fractals .

Always inspired by themes related to space-time and its dimensions, I decided to create a gallery of artworks titled " Strevlosis" meaning "Distortion".

Open call for the artists: I call all those who have the same artistic interest to create artworks with key words: time, physics, dimensions (spatial, temporal,extra), space, universe, parallel universes, reality, quantum mechanics, string theory, microcosmos, macrocosmos, membranes, universe expansion, physical laws, ripples in space-time, cosmology, black and white hole, etc.

If some artists are interested in taking part in the exhibition "Distortion" that I will make in Greece(Athens) by the summer 2016,  it would be pleasure for me to organise it with the all the relevant artworks and we could  colaborate. The art place/s (gallery/art cafe) and the date will be arranged and announced. 

For those artists who are activated in Canada, it would be a great experience for me to travel the summertime so as to take part in possible exhibition that happen to take place there.
