KB masterpieces are moving sand arts which I create following an inspiration or a true story.
My love for gemstones I might have inherited from my parents. One uncle was jeweller that's why on several occasions I could see the astonishment of our mother when she opened a little box she got gifted from our father. He always looked very proud[...]
KB masterpieces are moving sand arts which I create following an inspiration or a true story.
My love for gemstones I might have inherited from my parents. One uncle was jeweller that's why on several occasions I could see the astonishment of our mother when she opened a little box she got gifted from our father. He always looked very proud at those moments. Already as a young boy I knew what is emerald, ruby and sapphire. When many years my income was good enough I started collecting gem stones. Select pieces are everywhere in our houose.
One day, back in the 1990ies a gem stone merchant told me he could get crushed gems. Of course I ordered samples for testing. Unfortunately the cost for my standard products was too high and the project was put on ice until Kumiko asked me if it would be possible to use gem stones in our sand art.
For Gem Garden I thought how nice it would be if the gemthat's inside the picture would reappear on the outside. So I usesd fine sand for the moving artwork and polishes stones on the outside as a decorative application on the frame.
The 36 pcs. on the shown frame I sorted from over 120 pcs. Colour, size and shape must make a perfect match, which they do.
A masterpiece - can't say more about it.
I can offer all birth stones and some more species. Those sands are in my collection. Outstanding beautiful: turquoise, amethyst, ruby, garnet, black tourmaline. I even got red coral. I do customize this artwork, just ask for your favourite gem. I can get it done. The price of course will vary depending on your choice. Just ask, I will give you a price offer.
Movement and change is the basic content of live. Now imagine I create a sand art with your lucky stone and you turn around that picture: you get your luck moving. Over that, your friends will admire this work, because they don't have it.
