La collection Désert Signe de Sylvie Guyomard est réalisée avec du papier chiffon recyclé, manufacturé à la main par la quatrième génération de Kagzi dans l'atelier de la région de Jaïpur. Ces artisans indiens, aux mouvements fluides et doux, aux rythmes réguliers, étaient jadis les seuls détenteurs des techniques traditionnelles de la fabrication du papier chiffon.
C'est la douceur, ainsi que la rigidité de ce papier qui ont amené l'artiste, partisante du recyclage, à travailler cette matière.

Sylvie Guyomard is a visual artist who, after having studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, 039;is inscribed in wall art painting with a pronounced taste for architecture.
