Das Motiv zeigt links und rechts je eine Figur, in der Mitte sind eine stilisierte Sonne, ein Krug, eine Schale und eine Trompete dargestellt.[...]
Stillleben mit afrikanischen Figuren-IV ist das vierte Werk aus einer Serie von Stillleben, für die ich kleine afrikanische Holzfiguren verwendete- in der klassischen, expressionistischen Tradition der Moderne. Das Motiv zeigt links und rechts je eine Figur, in der Mitte sind eine stilisierte Sonne, ein Krug, eine Schale und eine Trompete dargestellt. Die Farbigkeit ist leuchtend expressiv.
