How to close, deactivate, cancel or delete my account?
You should never have to close your account: you can cancel all your subscriptions and continue to use your account 100% free and unlimited for as long as you want with all your images!
Before you deactivate your account, you can consider theses options:
- Contact support so we can help you with any issue you may have, or provide assistance!
- Cancel your subscriptions and use the 100% free and unlimited version of ArtMajeur
- Set your account in holiday mode: all your content will stay in place, but customers will be informed that your works are not available for sale until you return. You can activate it from your Sale Settings section on your account.
- Set your account Private mode: All your content will be completely hidden and only available to you. But you can make it public again in the future (NB: private mode will make your content dissapear from search engines too)
To cancel your subscriptions:
My Account > My Purchases > Cancel
To deactivate your account:
Go to section: My Account > Settings > Deactivate the account (fill all fields).
Important: deactivating your account will have permanent consequences
- You will lose access to your account
- Your customers & visitors will no longer be able to access your gallery
- All your followers will be lost
- People who favorited your works will lose access to your artworks
- All links to your art from other sites and social networks will link to 404 errors
- Search engines will gradually remove all results from your gallery and erase your content from the internet
