I graduated from the University of the West of England in 2001 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art.
I specialised in Printmaking, mainly relief and etching techniques, including photo etching, and was awarded the “Rebecca Smith Award” by the Faculty of Fine Art in my final year.
Followed by a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Art & Design; also at the University of the West of England in Bristol, United Kingdom.
I contributed to the exhibition ‘Books by Artists’ at UWE’s Centre for fine print research, which was part of an international conference. I also exhibited work at the ‘149th Autumn Exhibition` at the Royal West of England Academy in 2001.

Teacher then Head of the Art & Design Department at a School in South West of England.

Inspired by the beauty of South of France, I have seen the immense richness of these landscapes, bringing me to record through Photography and Fine Art  this magical encounter. Crossing the hills of Provence, the local diversity of vegetation with its natural cycles offer an endless choice to compose and shape new structures. My work is a collective of everything in that environment. Drawing with ink has required an intimate connection and observation with the subject to depict and reveal together details and a sense of wholeness.
