Dolgor Dugarova is a contemporary Russian artist based in the Netherlands. She began painting several years ago and soon started teaching others to paint. Through her journey in art, she discovered her potential, realizing she could achieve more than she had ever dared to think. Dugarova has already held a few exhibitions, where her standout paintings have inspired her to continue and to help others.

She believes that our world transforms when we change ourselves. Many problems dissipate and never return, as changes occur on different levels. Inner energy begins to flow, thoughts become clearer, and a sense of confidence emerges. Life becomes bright, inspiring, fascinating, and very interesting. Dugarova feels happy to share her talents and gifts with the world.

As an all-around artist, she enjoys expressing herself freely with a brush, finding it the most fascinating and exciting state. She constantly searches for new things and experiments with different techniques, materials, and styles. For her, the canvas is a place of relaxation and discovery. Dugarova works with a variety of media, including acrylics, oil, egg tempera, pencils, ink, and airbrush. Since 2016, she has been developing her skills in photorealism and hyperrealism.
