Angelika Zorigt is of Mongolian origin, born in Ulaanbaatar, her family roots are; for his father in the Gobi Desert, and for his mother, in the Taiga of Siberia.
Between desert region and coniferous forest, Angelika's life is rich in lessons and events.

In Angelika Zorigt's paintings, metamorphosis is the leitmotif of this series. Depending on the scenarios, the artist plays with animal, human and individual identity. These identities rub shoulders, add up, overlap to offer original, colorful combinations.
Man is represented in his vital force. where the belief in reincarnation, the belief in the sharing of souls between human beings and animals is mixed.
