Zoriana Shymko, a contemporary Ukrainian painter, was born in 1969 into a family deeply rooted in creative professions. Surrounded by her mother, an architect, and her grandfather, a tailor and folk craftsman skilled in cloth appliqué paintings, Zoriana's upbringing was steeped in artistic influence. Additionally, her grandmother's mastery in crafting felt hats further enriched her childhood experiences.
Zoriana's early exposure to artistry laid the foundation for her professional journey. She attended a children's art school, where her passion for painting flourished. In 1992, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Lviv Polytechnic Institute, further solidifying her commitment to the arts.
Currently, Zoriana Shymko shares her expertise and passion for art as a teacher at the Drohobytsky Children's Art School, nurturing the creative talents of the next generation. Her diverse background and rich familial heritage continue to inspire her artistic endeavors, shaping her unique perspective and approach to painting.
