Yulia Risevets
My name is Yulia Risevets. I was born in Minsk in the USSR. Before studying art, I was engaged in photography, and this hobby greatly affected my artistic work. Most of my watercolor paintings are landscapes that I have met during my travels. I have been drawing since childhood and decided to raise my technique to a new level. I attended courses and master classes with famous artists and teachers, learned the basics of drawing, painting and coloristics, studied various techniques. I focused on watercolors, and now I continue to practice and study. My works are in private collections in Russia, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Belarus and other countries. I mostly create medium-sized works of art.I draw inspiration for creativity from nature, a variety of shapes and shades. I think that watercolor is the best technique for expressing tenderness, it is my language with which I share with you my admiration for what I have seen and experienced. From simple still lifes, flowers and urban landscapes to emerald seas.
