Yuanchi JIANG est né à Taizhou, Chine en 1990. Il travaille principalement la peinture. Yuanchi a terminé ses études à l'université normale de Hangzhou en 2012.En 2012, il a exposé son travail à la première biennale des exlibris à Guangzhou (Chine).Ensuite, il poursuit ses recherches artistiques en France, à l’école supérieure d’art et designde Grenoble où il obtient son DNAP (Dipôme national d’arts plastiques) avec mention enjuin 2016. En suite il obtient son DNSEP ( Le Diplôme national supérieur d'expressionplastique ) avec félicitations en juin 2018.
Comme un peintre, Yuanchi a pour médium la peinture qu’il travaille dans la matière, alternant acrylique et huile. Il obtient un résultat saisissant où, subtilement, des paysages au propre comme au figuré apparaissent. Le jeu sur les lumières est également le point fort de sa peinture. Quelques touches de blanc, et c’est le tableau qui s’éclaire sur des fonds sombres. Sa palette chromatique semble se réduire au plus simple mais c’est lui faire injure que de penser cela car le travail de ce jeune artiste prometteur est beaucoup plus profond, plus sensible et plus intellectuel.
