"Cette sculpture évoque un homme qui a vieilli et a trouvé la sagesse sur le chemin de la vie.
Sa tête est réalisée en plâtre et taillée en direct. Le bois a été poli, sculpté, nettoyé. Le socle est en acier patiné. Ce long travail est à l'image du temps qui a filé sans s'en apercevoir. Au fil des ans, au gré des saisons, mon personnage idéalisé a pris racine et laisse une trace indélébile."
