Biography
Yigal Pinhas was born in Tel Aviv Israel.
He completed his Art studies at the Art Student League
of New York during the years 1983-1989, where he
studied under artists such as Leo Manso, Knox Martin,
Bruce Dorfman.
His sculpture "Bold Eagle" was chosen to represent the
sculpture department for the ASL annual catalog, and his
"Wild Boy" sculpture was chosen for the ASL annual show
at the Union League Club, NYC.
Yigal, studied Psychology and Philosophy at Tel Aviv
University. He has exhibited widely in New York and in
Tel Aviv galleries and in 1984, in the Provincetown Museum
Summer Show, Cape Cod, MA along with Robert Motherwell
and Chaim Gross. Yigal's work has been sold to many private
collections in the United States, Europe, England and Israel.
