I like the pain and joy of Tibet. It is happy to like painting, but learning painting is difficult. There are only a handful of students in school who love painting, so I can only go up the mountain to paint alone to be with nature. What I will never forget is the winter in Lhasa. The cold wind is forcing my body and the snowflakes are falling again. I am wearing two down jackets. I still huddled up tightly and squatted on the top of the mountain to sketch. A few pilgrims appeared around me. I squatted for two nights to finish the painting. The Potala Palace was shrouded in the deep blue sky and dazzling. At this time, my feet were directly numb from the cold, and there was not even a soul in the square. It was already the early morning of the next day. When I picked up the oil painting and walked back on the empty street, I listened to "Nanshan Nan" and felt the same way as the sun. The moment it rises, the light shines brightly. Every ten minutes when I paint under the sun, I will be dazzled. In the afternoon, I sketched on Yaowang Mountain. The sun shines directly on me without mercy. Even though I am fully armed and wearing a scarf, I am still too hot to open my eyes. With your eyes open and your whole body being eaten and roasted, it is not that easy to complete a work.

Tibet will become the most wonderful memory of my life. Lhasa has left the footprints of my growth. I am willing to accept both pain and joy. I have fallen deeply in love with this unique plateau city. I love it. I love its desolation, its silence and remoteness, its roughness and boldness, and its great beauty and sincerity.
