VL is a contemporary French visual artist. Passionate about vanities, esotericism and the world of tattooing, she draws her inspiration from these different worlds. Her art absorbs influences, mixes styles and reinvents its own codes.
The artist offers a vision, alive and vibrant, in her works where the icons of our childhoods, Mickey and Pacman, are nestled. Her creations saturated with colors constitute 'Odes to life'. Her Skulls' works are sometimes covered with a thousand multicolored dots.
VL was born in 1981, in France. She has exhibited her works in various galleries in France and abroad.
