Robert Venezia is a professional photographer who also practices art For him, a photographic creation is first of all a shot taken with the aim of modifying the final image and placing it within an already fixed theme. Then, if necessary, he works on each image with modern tools, which allows me to move his photography towards other visual universes.
Then comes the alliance of possible supports, which are glass, Plexiglas, and above all aluminum, to try the alchemy of the image built on one of these supports. This work is an important part of the creative process, as is the use of new printing techniques such as Subligraphy, which allow him to create a modern look while remaining true to the spirit of his work.
The different ideas he exhibits are all part of his desire to show and think about photography other than as an image that freezes a moment in time. A new way of taking photos that speaks to the everyday while going beyond it to create a beautiful world in which photos can live and perhaps change the way others see things.
Robert Venezia was born in 1957. He lives and works in Toulouse (France). His work is present in many private collections.
