His works are kept in private collections in Israel, USA, Canada, Italy, Austria, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, as well as in the Art Museum of Vinnitsa, the Embassy of Ukraine in Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Art of Ukraine in Kiev, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Administration of the President of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in Austria.

Советский украинский живописец. Члкен СХ СССР, НСХУ. Валентин Антонович Тишецкий родился 20 сентября 1951 года в Крыжополе, Винницкой области, рисованием увлекался с детства. Член Национального союза художников Украины с 1993 года. В школьные годы мечтал стать не художником, а писателем. «Мы часто переезжали, помню, как меня захватывала красота Дмитрашковки, где отец восстанавливал войной разрушенную мельницу. После г. Львов. Где мы жили двенадцать лет и я посещал художественную школу », — вспоминает Валентин Тишецкий.
