Born in Larkana,1977 which is just 25 km from Mohenjo-Daro Indus valley civilization. I come from an artistic family—my father is a painter, an educationist, and a progressive thinker. He loves me a lot as I'm his only son with two daughters. I'm the eldest among us all. I was a shy child, often taunted and bullied for being very slim and wearing glasses at a very early age. This affected my confidence, but I fought internally and participated in sports activities. As I grew up, I opened a badminton club named Winner Club and organized district-level competitions. Besides that, I completed my studies. I wasn't good academically and disliked the conservative limitations imposed on me, as they created a burden and pressure. joined a bank  in home finance, having completed a master's in economics.
I enjoyed meeting different people and having lovely conversations.
I wanted to work in the art world but never thought of becoming a visual artist. My father had established an art gallery named Mother Gallery 1999, and I had a strong interest in arranging seminars, displaying artwork, dealing with the press, and participating in art discussions. Eventually, I decided to quit my job and dedicate myself full-time to art as a curator. I was associated with Mother Gallery for 16 years before moving to Karachi, where there were more opportunities, but I couldn't connect with any.
Time passed, and during the COVID-19 lockdown, I questioned my identity and what legacy I would leave behind. In July 2021, I bought some oil pastels and a book to start painting. By doing art, I became free from all pressures and realized this was my passion. Since then, I have worked daily for 2 to 3 hours, reading about art, posting on social media, and becoming a professional artist. Recently, in July 2024, I was invited as a guest artist on a TV program and received my first recognition.
People often ask how I portray such intense expressions in my portraits. I always say that when I start painting, I have no idea—just lines that form a visual, and then I follow the rhythm until the painting is completed. My sources of inspiration are human psychology, suffering, and the oppressed class. While I am a happy man, when I see people suffering, I feel a strong desire to correct these injustices. I know we don’t have an Aladdin's lamp to solve all problems instantly, but through my art, I hope to make a difference.
