Insomma, non è possibile che mi facciano sloggiare, in fin dei conti cosa mai sto vendendo? Delle pietre incise che piacciono ai turisti e nient’altro!
Sono trecento anni di questo sole che la mia famiglia incide pietre grandi e piccole su disegni che mio padre faceva al computer.
Iniziammo in un container vicino alla pista di imbarco: prima con un piccolo laser, mio padre da solo, poi con due operai e in seguito tutta la famiglia, compreso me bambino innamorato di questo pianeta verde.
Mio padre, adesso in riposo, venuto su questa Terra come turista, ebbe un’idea: fabbricare qualcosa che, i turisti, di tutte le razze dell’Universo, potessero portarsi via in ricordo; dei simpatici gadget insomma!
Il caso gli fece scoprire, non molto distante da qui, un deposito alluvionale di pietre fantastiche, nere, lucide e pulite; immediatamente collegò l’idea del souvenir a quelle pietre pronte da lavorare.
In un paio di anni se le portò tutte qui e nel giro di due secoli le abbiamo incise e accumulate dietro la ditta, pronte da vendere e… quante ne abbiamo vendute!
Non c’è astronave turistica che non se ne porti via qualche decina se non centinaia.
Nessuno può negare che siano belle pietre e ben incise, con i soggetti più disparati ed interessanti di questo pianeta: dinosauri, piante, immagini topografiche, costellazioni, strumenti, pratiche mediche del vicino centro medico, ormai caratteristiche di questo pianeta così salubre ed altre migliaia di soggetti.
Adesso è venuto fuori che le pietre sono illegali; sono anti- evolutive e potrebbero compromettere il naturale sviluppo del pianeta perché, a quanto pare, qui ci vogliono fare una cultura biologica per lo sviluppo di una particolare razza umanoide e quindi tocca smammare in un paio di anni.
Ma dico io: quanto ci vorrà prima che venga il giorno in cui questi umani siano insediati? Migliaia di anni, decine di migliaia di anni? E chi farà fuori tutti questi ingombranti, rompipalle di dinosauri? Povere bestie! Intanto mi tocca sotterrare tutto questo bendidio che vale almeno duecento anni di investimenti, cambiare pianeta e lavoro.
Non ti puoi proprio fidare di questa galassia!
