Having the concern of sharing his knowledge, he supervises and trains young people in the fields of pencil drawing and the sculpture is made thanks to the recycling of already used paper waste

As part of the initiation of young people to drawings and sculpture, he had to sign several partnerships with major artistic houses and higher institute, as was the case in:

2019: in partnership with the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts (ISAM), the artistic house SIM and CAUD'ART, Élie smart had to supervise young people and parents in drawing.

2022: in partnership with GOLDEN PAPERS and ABFC (action for the well-being of women and children), at CONGO PEACE SCHOOL, he had to initiate parents, students and teachers of the secondary school to make waste from already used papers, into very beautiful works of art, thus making their living environments cleaner , they can also make a living from this know-how.

2022: in partnership with L'INSTITUT SUPERIOR DES ARTS ET MÉTIERS and CAUD'ART, they also gave young people the benefit of training in visual arts allowing them to discover their passions.

Holding a state diploma in commercial and management, he has exhibited several times alongside other great artists such as: Séraphin kajibwami in FIAC 2019, Steve kyungu, andema pencil, Emanuel kajibwami (kashando arts) and many others...

Thanks to his very expressive creations, he has won awards several times competition organized by ACCAM under the theme <>(2020 and 2021) and also won prizes for the best designer in the province awarded by the corporation of artists of the Kivu (2021)
