Sébastien Louis Justin Mas, je suis né dans l'Essonne en 1972. Actuellement, je réside dans les Landes.
J'ai exercé des fonctions professionnelles dans les domaines de l'éducation populaire, du transport, du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie restauration.
Peintre autodidacte, j'ai découvert le travail des couleurs et de la peinture sur toile dans les années 90, lorsque j’exerçais dans le domaine de l'éducation populaire.
En 2017, j'ai réalisé mes premiers tableaux en alternance avec mes fonctions professionnelles et cette année 2021, dans cette conjoncture particulière, j'ai décidé de présenter mes créations.
Je me sens libre de créer sans revendiquer une quelconque appartenance à un courant spécifique, certains pourront y trouver une certaine naïveté, d'autres une forme de surréalisme.
Après une série de toiles figuratives, je crée actuellement des tableaux plutôt abstraits au moyen de la technique acrylique fluide ou pouring. Cette technique a pour avantage de laisser apparaitre l’inattendu.
