The first layer is a dark colour ground and the artist then scrapes away the paint to reveal different forms and textures giving the painting a three dimensional feel. There is combination of soft and bright colors, As your eye follows the forms you are carried deeper into the mystery of this painting

I don't begin with a preconceived idea of what will occur on my canvas, but instead start with spontaneous mark making and responsive color selection. As the process unfolds the work begins to reveal its nature and I do my best to capture what occurs.
. I try to honor my intuition and the ever-changing present moment.
