The paintings from this collection were inspired by Claude Monet's beautiful impressionist paintings of water ponds. His play of light and shadow is enhanced by Sarah's original relief technique, giving all the more space to the colors. Thanks to her beloved oil paints, the vibrancy of the colors is as intense as on a beautiful warm summer's day. The artist has long worked with the effect of symbols on our subconscious and the water lily, even in such an almost traditional fine art, acts as a symbol of purity. The flower itself, despite the fact that it grows out of mud, becomes perfectly clean, and even the petals of its flowers have a special characteristic thanks to which not even a grain of dust will stick to them. Very famous are meditations on the lotus flower, where such a purification process takes place in our soul. The presence of water lilies in a space will have a similar purifying and soothing effect.
This is an original artwork, made with love and passion, and it goes with signed Certificate of Authenticity.
The edges are painted as well, so it´s ready to hang unframed if preferred, vertically or horizontally. Artwork is protected by a coat of varnish against the UV and dust. Signature is in the front on the artwork.
