Pour le tableau je signale que les couleurs sont plus vert que sur l'image.
Ce que je cherche à montrer, sentir,voir respirer dans mes tableaux c'est cette force, cette présence, cette puissance de ces êtres qu'on appelle plantes, mauvaises herbes, graminées, bref la flore. Pendant ma jeunesse déjà j'aimais prendre le chemin des écoliers dans les dunes et les bois qui longent les côtes des Pays- Bas. Et puis à onze ans j'ai commencé à en faire des dessins,de croquis, des lavis. Après ma formation à l’École Royale des Beaux Arts à la Haye j'ai à un certain moment voulu oublier les techniques traditionnelles et ai je commencé à peindre plus direct, plus spontané, peut-être plus euphorique; Et voila que je jette, griffonne. Que j'ajoute couche sur couche de peinture et fait renaître les prairies, les frondaisons, les plates bandes, les jardins sauvages. La Flore c'est une inspiration envahissante.
JE TIENS AJOUTER QUE MES TABLEAUX NE SONT PAS UNIQUEMENT EXPOSES SUR ARTMAJEUR.
