Rozita Fogelman (born June 28, 1964) is an American conceptual artist with a particular interest in the modern study of healing arts. Much of her work consists of abstract representational often triggered by an experimental use of a single hue or form.

Born in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, then the Soviet Union, Rozita was 11 when her family's emigration application was granted in 1975, enabling them to start a new life in Israel. After attending Avni Art Institute in Tel Aviv and studying art and design, Rozita obtained her first design job in 1991 at Schocken local newspaper. She worked as an art director for Green publication, Public Magazine, adverting agencies and other publications in Tel Aviv. In 1998, she moved to the US and attended California State University East Bay majored in Graphic Art, Communication, and Multimedia.

Personal Interests
Visual story telling — "A story is 'holy,' and it is used as medicine. The story is not told to lift you up, to make you feel better, or to entertain you, although all those things can be true. The story is meant to take the spirit into a descent to find something that is lost or missing and to bring it back to consciousness again." Jungian storyteller Clarissa Pinkola Estes, influenced by the Curanderisma healing tradition from Mexico and Central America.
