Every day we wander through the endless labyrinth of life, bumping into its dead ends. Or maybe the airship is salvation ...
Labyrinth to the horizon. Two types of smoke, black and white. Black from burning oil and white, probably from burning coal. An airship is a balloon with an engine. Workers complete the refueling process. The airship captain looks at his watch. There are few passengers. There is a mystery in the lighting of the landscape. Everything happens as if in a gray-gold haze of evening twilight / early morning. The color is somewhat similar to the color scheme of the salary of an old book. Objects in a labyrinth are like colored stones on a setting.
The work is done in the technique of oil painting on a primed canvas. The original version of the picture has undergone some changes.
