These works come out of my experience with the Maya in Mexico and Guatemala, and the Quechua in Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. They reflect spiritual understandings (insights) while looking at the natural word through new eyes.

Biography
Rob Mohr is a professional painter (artist) who has had numerous one-man-shows and has won a variety of awards for his paintings, drawings, and collages. After painting as a NY artist, Rob lived and worked in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, and Guatemala. His current work is strongly influenced by the spiritual understandings of the Mayan and Quechua peoples. His works form a valuable part of many private and public collections. Rob has served as the Director of the Savannah Art Association, and taught painting at the University of South Carolina and Western Carolina University.
