Raymond a fait l'école des Beaux-Arts et Arts Décoratifs en Architecture d'intérieur de la ville de Genève.

Sa formation lui permet de travailler comme concepteur designer chez Otto Glaus à Zurich. Otto Glaus, urbaniste très connu a travaillé à Paris avec le Corbusier. Raymond fait l'école Hôtelière de Lausanne. Diplômé en Gestion Hôtelière et Financière, il occupe le poste de directeur dans deux grands hôtels de la Riviera Vaudoise, à Lausanne et Montreux. Il expose ses huiles à Sion, Montreux, Genève et Annecy.

En 2011 il arrive en Béarn et installe son atelier à Bénéjacq. Il expose au Casino de Pau, organisé par la Chambre des Métiers, à Léon dans les Landes et au Casino de Biarritz, organisé par Arts Shopping.

Amené à répondre à des demandes de particuliers, il peint des fresques, crée des bibliothèques sur mesure en métal, bois et verre, des meubles de rangement, des consoles en alu brossé avec des motifs découpés au laser, des tables de salon en fer et verre fusionné, des tables gigognes. Il crée aussi des objets plâtre, moulés et coulés en porclaine ou en bronze.

Sur son chemin, les rencontres, sa curiosité, les demandes variées de personnes qui deviennent clients l'amènent toujours vers les matières, les formes et les couleurs, à faire des créations nouvelles avec les techniques adaptées.
