Cadre composé de : Illustration centrale au fusain + personnalisation du cadre (collages) + personnalisation de la Marie-Louise.

Ce cadre a été inspiré par le poème "Poème du Chalet" de l'écrivain des grands espaces américain Jim Harisson. Cette création reprend des extraits de ce poème dans sa composition.
J'ai associé ce poème de mon auteur fétiche Jim Harisson à la cartographie de la vallée de Chamonix où je venais de passer l'été. Pas très loin de la mer de glace et de ses rivières de montagnes. Dans une période où se côtoyaient la beauté fulgurante de la nature et la fin de vie d'un être cher. Des thèmes qui collent bien avec la mélancolie de ce poème, je trouve.

Poème du Chalet (extrait) :

J’ai décidé de ne plus rien décider,
d’assumer le masque de l’eau,
de finir ma vie déguisé en rivière,
en tourbillon, de rejoindre à la nuit
le flot ample et doux, d’absorber le ciel,
d’avaler la chaleur et le froid, la lune
et les étoiles, de m’avaler moi-même
en un flot incessant.

This frame was inspired by the poem "Poem of the Chalet" of American outdoor writer Jim Harisson. This creation takes extracts from this poem in its composition.
I associated this poem by my favorite author Jim Harisson with the cartography of the Chamonix valley in France where I had spent the summer. Not far from "the sea of ice" and its mountain rivers. In a period where the dazzling beauty of nature and the end of life of a loved one were side by side. Themes that fit well with the melancholy of this poem, I find.

I’ve decided to make up my mind
about nothing, to assume the water mask,
to finish my life disguised as a creek,
an eddy, joining at night the full,
sweet flow, to absorb the sky,
to swallow the heat and cold, the moon
and the stars, to swallow myself
in ceaseless flow.

Collages

Collage is an artistic creation technique that consists of making a plastic creation by combining elements of various kinds: more or less flat materials, such as printed oilcloth, painting or drawing, newspaper extracts with text and photos, paper paintings, documents, various objects of low relief, etc. When the creation incorporates elements in relief, one can also speak of assemblage. This also includes glued papers, which employ a variety of papers, including newspaper, and drawing techniques.

Drawing is a technique of visual representation on a flat support. The term "drawing" designates both the action of drawing, the resulting graphic work, and the shape of any object. It is also a representation on a surface of the shape (and possibly the light and shadow values) of an object or figure, rather than their color. There are a large number of drawing techniques: “Linear drawing” represents objects by their outlines, edges and some characteristic lines; beyond this limit, the drawing develops by representing the volume by shadows, often by means of hatching, incorporates colors, and joins, without clear transition, the painting.
