Adam est un personnage fictif inspiré du monde de la mode qui m'a permis d'atteindre un niveau d'intensité dans le regard, dans l'affirmation de mon style et dans la singularité de mon travail jamais atteint dans mes oeuvres précédentes. Cette oeuvre a été le point de bascule dans la recherche de mon style et m'a ouvert une voie d'expression. A travers le jeu des couleurs, l'entrelacement des ombres et de la lumière, la profondeur du regard, le contact avec le personnage, et la beauté singulière qu'il représente, j'ai ressenti un sentiment pur et fort, sans précédent pour cette oeuvre.
Black Adam est une version de l'Adam original éclairé par la lumière chaude du soleil couchant, dessinant des reflets sombres sur sa peau. Il n'a pas d'ethnie, il n'a pas d'époque, il n'a rien d'humain, et en même temps, il est un homme beau, fragile et puissant en même temps, dont le regard nous interroge. Tous ceux qui le regardent sont touchés par cet échange, cette émotion qui se crée.
