Paula Solís Burgos is a contemporary Chilean artist. Focusing on a variety of subjects, her creations often revolve around human figures and animals, taking center stage in her diverse compositions. Paula Solís Burgos has actively participated in various exhibitions, showcasing her artistic prowess. She was notably featured in the ARTEFACTO young artist contest, held at Casa de Lo Matta in 2014 and 2017, and also in the Young Art contest at the University of Valparaíso in 2015 and 2017. In 2015, she took part in a two-person exhibition titled "Sujetos de Estudio" at the Centro Cultural Chimkowe. Additionally, in 2017, she held a solo exhibition titled "Pesebre" at the Viva Tobalaba Library. Her talent and dedication earned her several accolades, including an honorable mention in the Arte en Vivo contest in 2010, and Municipal Prize for Artes Visuales Talento Joven Santiago in the painting category in 2017.
Continuing her successful journey, Solís received another Honorable Mention at the XLIII Concurso Nacional de Arte Joven in 2021, adding to her growing list of achievements. Her exceptional skills were also acknowledged with a second place at the Viña del Mar International Watercolor Biennial, as well as in the "Arte en Vivo 2021" contest at the Nac Art Gallery. Moreover, she secured the first place in the prestigious Primer Premio Artista, hosted by a circuit of galleries in Santiago, with her remarkable exhibition titled "Reserva Federal" at Madhaus art gallery.
