Walking in the mountains of the high Alps delights me with summer flowers. One day a tall mallow struck me with its delicate, bright and lush inflorescences. It awakened the desire to depict it immediately. The mallow blooms for most of the summer. She is like a queen among the other plants that surround her. The flower petals remind me of light butterflies. They seem to come alive in a flash, snap out of their seats and fly up into the air.
This mountain scenery was painted from life. A green painting of flowers would be a great addition to any interior. This oil on canvas painting will add to any collection of connoisseurs of paintings.
