After more than 16 years in Reunion, where she received the Célimène prize in 2011 and represented France in China, and after more than 35 years of exhibition of paintings and sculptures, Odille Sauve opened her Atelier Galerie in Seillans in the var.
His work revolves around the little person, a thread that allows the artist to bear witness to the world around him with his sensitivity, his dreams, his questions ... a world of animals and lush landscapes, rich in materials and colors.
The artist's investment is really the result of an inner work focused on the projective, onirism and poetry characterized by a soft, formal and materialistic representation that recalls the works of Edward Hopper, Balthus or Antonio López Garcia .
Odile denounces, softens, reveals, disturbs or soothes according to her works.
