Third week of vector graphics course. The challenge was to draw a realistic object using a gradient mesh. I used a real frog photo for inspiration.
I drew half a frog and wondered why I choose it? And I remembered that a month ago my friend, a very talented artist, posted on Facebook her work “Kiss of a Frog” with a girl surrounded by different frogs; apparently, I liked this work so much that a month later my subconscious mind did not hesitate to choose a frog as a theme for the drawing...
Later I remembered a fable about two frogs, in which both fall into a jug of milk, but only the one that did not give up and actively beat its paws is selected alive. I think that to some extent this topic of the day is not to give up and do the best you can do.
I titled the drawing “Touch the Sky”.

The best you can do.
