Haute de 145 m, il s'agit de la plus haute tour marseillaise et de la deuxième plus haute tour de province après la tour de la Part-Dieu, à Lyon. Elle rassemble sur un seul site 2 700 employés1 CMA CGM auparavant répartis sur 7 sites différents.
Les lots terrassements, fondations, structure, gros-œuvre ont été confiés à l'entreprise Grands travaux de Marseille (GTM).
À la tour s'ajoute un bâtiment annexe qui contiendra des locaux techniques, 5 niveaux de parking souterrain, un restaurant d'entreprise et les salles informatiques.
