Pollution atmosphérique (2015) Sculpture by Miguel Ramos

Miguel Ramos was born in the Cape Verde archipelago in 1971.
The son of a soldier, he arrived in France in 1973 where he remained for part of his young years before returning to Portugal in 1985. When it came time to find a summer job for a few weeks, he joined an environment in which the experience becomes a great adventure: metallurgy.
In 2006, he decided to return to France and settled in the Gers. He was then hired by a mechanical works and services company, which not only made the tools available to him but also encouraged him in his artistic endeavors outside his working hours.
This is how he became a sculptor in his spare time, allowing him to tackle various themes while giving him the opportunity to convey the messages that are close to his heart.
