I draw and paint since my early childhood. It is an integral part of who I am.
After studying literature, I took drawing and painting lessons for 3 years and naturally chose watercolor and pastel. It was obvious to me given my more surrealist than realistic tendencies constantly seeking the ephemeral, the transparent, the protean and the dream.
Then I exhibited in France and Germany where I had the chance to meet a French gallery owner Gérard Schneider (French Gallery in Munich) and Lambert Monet, an international art dealer, who supported and guided me. I exhibited in galleries and art fairs. I exhibited in Germany and France in Mulhouse, Lyon, Grimaud and Valauris.
However, sight problems pushed me into a long silence. I decided, despite everything, to resume my brushes in 2015. So I completely reinvented myself. I abandon pastel and watercolor for oil and canvas and choose to express myself in abstract painting. I find my own style with the knives, my personal view of the surreal and moving, and recreate my new pictorial world.
Although totally different in appearance, my painting always expresses the same spirit of dream, spirituality, transcendence and ephemeral reality. I play with shadows, reflections, movement. I grow the infinitely small and walk around in the infinite that I enjoy inventing. Black is always present: it is the whole that makes the colors it confronts vibrate. Colors that spring like so many acts and impulses.
My painting is a slow walk on an unknown path.
