Marie Hélène Roger is a contemporary French artist. She is passionate about living, a complex mystery where the past and present need to talk about a lot of things in order to move forward together. She creates adventure from her memories and dreams of a future for hybrid creatures that are kind, touching, and just a little bit human.

Her canvas and paper figures develop in the middle of an imagined poetic reality. They are singularly naive and in love with genuineness. Her approach is a song to the living, a breath of fresh air free from bitterness, a lyrical glance infused with peace, and, above all, a detour towards childhood.
