Marcos was born in Grazalema, a small town in southern Spain. He grew up surrounded by nature, trees and animals.

In a family of workers, he begins his life as a bricklayer, combining civil engineering studies.

Once he graduated in engineering, he dedicates some years to this work, but he is not identified with this profession, so he prefers to continue with the marsh beside his family, combining work with the passion of painting and creating.

The art of painting has been around since he was born. He learned to paint from the Grazaleman artist Rafael with techniques based on realism, oil paintings.

Years later she met the international artist Serran Pagan learning the mixed media where the relief and the materials enhance her works. He is an admirer of Barceló and Kiefer, in them he finds the innovation and inspiration of their creations.

Marcos is a self-taught artist, whose inspiration comes from working with different materials on which he establishes beauty and color. His works are made with the recycling of different materials creating incredible textures. The axis of his works is based on the primary colors creating harmony between pigments and reliefs, where the figures merge in the strength of color and depth.

He begins to show his work in 2019 at the Genoa Art Biennale (Italy) and later shows his works in galleries in Marbella.

Marcos nació en Grazalema, un pueblo pequeño del sur de España. Se crio rodeado de naturaleza, arboles y animales.  
En el seno de una familia de trabajadores comienza su vida como albañil compaginando los estudios de ingeniería civil.
Una vez graduado en ingeniería dedica algunos años a esta labor, pero no se encuentra identificado con esta profesión por lo que prefiere seguir con el palustre al lado de su familia compaginando el trabajo con la pasión de pintar y crear.
El arte de pintar lo lleva desde que nació. Aprendió a pintar de la mano del artista grazalemeño Rafael con técnicas basadas en el realismo, pinturas al oleo.
Años mas tarde conoció al artista internacional Serran Pagan aprendiendo la técnica mixta donde el relieve y los materiales realzan sus obras. Es admirador de Barceló y Kiefer, en ellos encuentra la innovación y la inspiración de sus creaciones.
Marcos es un artista autodidacta, al que la inspiración le nace de trabajar con diferentes materiales sobre los que establece belleza y color. Sus obras están realizadas con el reciclaje de diferentes materiales creando texturas increíbles. El eje de sus obras esta basado en los colores primarios creando armonía entre pigmentos y relieves, donde las figuras se funden en la fuerza del color y la profundidad.
Comienza a mostrar su trabajo en 2019 en la bienal de arte de Génova (Italia) y posteriormente muestra sus obras en galerías de Marbella.
