Malinda Ann Raines

Hi folks, 

I have been a graphic artist working for screen print companies.  There I illustrated with black ink drawing buildings and places of businesses, schools, people, animals and industrial art. I'd scan my drawing in and add colors and layers. Print off each layer for each separate screen.  My designs would be printed on shirts, banners and caps.  Used for advertising business, schools and churches or personal use. 

 Later I got into illustrating children's books for people who wished to publish and promote their own books.  I would illustrate using watercolor and send the finish illustrations to the printing companies or author for the editing and story to be added to the illustrations.

I love to paint the fine art of flowers, children, nature and landscapes, things that are positive, up lifting, peaceful and loving.  Here is some fine art I've completed recently and I hope folks enjoy it.  

God is the greatest artist of all, I only wish to grab a glimpse of that in some of my artwork and continue to grow as a artist, for it brings me a lot of joy each day or when I can paint.
